Job description

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, software licenses, and accessories.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for all IT assets using asset management tools and CMDB systems.
  • Oversee procurement, receiving, deployment, refresh cycles, redeployment, and disposal of IT equipment.
  • Track asset utilization and ensure optimal allocation across departments.
  • Administer and support Apple device management through Jamf, including provisioning, policy enforcement, compliance, and lifecycle tracking.
  • Manage Windows endpoint assets using tools such as Microsoft Intune, Microsoft SCCM, or equivalent.
  • Ensure software licensing compliance and maintain records for renewals, contracts, and subscriptions.
  • Coordinate hardware refresh initiatives and large-scale device deployments.
  • Partner with procurement and vendors to negotiate pricing and optimize asset-related spending.
  • Develop and enforce IT asset management policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Generate reporting and analytics related to asset lifecycle, utilization, depreciation, and forecasting.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure timely equipment provisioning and recovery.
  • Collaborate with security teams to ensure asset compliance with cybersecurity standards.
  • Audit IT assets regularly to ensure data accuracy and reduce asset loss.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, IT Operations, Desktop Support, or Infrastructure support.
  • Strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management and inventory control processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Jamf for Apple device administration.
  • Experience managing Windows devices using Microsoft Intune, Microsoft SCCM, or similar tools.
  • Experience with asset management platforms such as:
  • ServiceNow
  • Lansweeper
  • ManageEngine
  • Strong understanding of hardware procurement and vendor management.
  • Experience managing software licenses and compliance audits.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities., * Experience in enterprise environments supporting 500+ endpoints.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance related to endpoint management.
  • Experience with MacOS, iOS, Windows 10/11, and mobile device management.
  • ITAM, ITIL, Jamf, or related certifications preferred.
