The Cash Posting and Application Analyst has the responsibility for supporting the Account Receivable Team with cash posting and day to day management of cash application. Primary responsibilities include reconciling and applying customer payments utilizing the automated application process. The successful candidate can manage a significant amount of data, is an independent and creative thinker, and continuously challenges the status quo. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Process daily cash applications using automated tool and identify recommended improvements to daily processing tasks
- Resolve error notifications by working with local IT and system vendors to troubleshoot and correct application issues
- Record daily lockbox receipts, wires and ACH payments
- Process remaining cash applications that did not apply within the cash application tool
- Prepare deductions and overpayments for entry and tracking
- Code deductions in accordance with established procedures/process
- Communicate with customers to obtain missing information
- Support the monthly financial close process by ensuring that all cash is posted within the month
- Perform weekly reconciliations between the bank and Oracle for SOX and Management, While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands and fingers to work with objects, tools, or controls; and use office equipment including computers, telephones, and/or copiers/scanners. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account various factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.

- Full-Time
- Hourly: $22.00-$27.00
- Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire
