Job description
We develop, integrate, and operate the virtual IMS platforms for Swisscom Voice Services. You work closely with our suppliers to ensure our customers experience stable and high-quality communication in both mobile and fixed networks. - Development, integration, and operation of the IMS platform
- Automation of existing processes using state-of-the-art SRE and CI/CD practices
- Ensuring stable end-to-end service operations by identifying and resolving issues

Requirements
- Completed vocational training (EFZ) in IT or equivalent practical experience in IT or telecommunications
- Experience in operating and analyzing mobile or fixed network infrastructures using VoIP protocols (SIP, Diameter, DNS) as well as IP networks
- Strong troubleshooting and performance analysis skills in complex networks using telecom-specific tools (e.g., trace/probe systems and network protocol analysis)
- Interest in modern ways of working and technologies such as cloud integration in telco environments, automation, CI/CD, and scripting to support operations and engineering (e.g., Python)
- Ability to ensure stable operations including testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and technical documentation, with willingness to participate in on-call duty and night work
- Enthusiasm for new topics and openness to change, with a willingness to learn and actively contribute experience to the team
- Innovative mindset to challenge the status quo and drive forward new and inspiring solutions
- Good English skills; German is an advantage
