Data Analyst in Logistic/Warehouse sector | Mandarin Speaker | Min 2 years of relevant experience

1. Statistical operation data (timeliness, error rate, etc.) responsible for site scheduling/piece-by-piece operation, human efficiency monitoring and improvement

2. Analyze data to support Data Analysis & Management

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources (e.g., spreadsheets, databases, reports).
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights for business improvement.
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain and update databases to ensure data integrity and security., * Translate documents, emails, and reports from Chinese to French/English (and vice versa) for the Regional Manager.
• Assist in meetings or calls by providing real-time translation or summaries as needed.
• Ensure cultural and contextual accuracy in all translated materials.

4. General Support

• Assist in ad-hoc, data-related projects or administrative tasks as required.
• Work closely with the Regional Manager to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Support management decisions (e.g., manpower scheduling optimization).

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with data cleaning, analysis, and reporting.
• Preferred: Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English; proficiency in French is a strong plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in all three languages.

4. Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a data analysis, administrative, or translation role is a plus.
