Job description

Senior Product Manager (BI/Data & Personalisation) - 6-Month Contract - London

Contracting role based in London, EC1M (Hybrid, minimum 2 days in office) for a 6-month engagement within the retail sector. You will lead the development of core data products that enhance customer understanding, improve customer experiences, and optimise marketing effectiveness - driving high-quality BI and data solutions across a large-scale, data-rich retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead the migration strategy from MicroStrategy to Power BI, defining the plan, sequencing, and delivery approach
  • Design the features and landing experience for a new BI portal, ensuring usability and adoption across the business
  • Manage in-flight BI workstreams, ensuring changes are clearly communicated to stakeholders throughout
  • Capture and process new demand through quarterly planning cycles, completing discovery and prioritisation in line with programme governance

What You Will Ideally Bring:

  • Proven senior Product Management experience - essential
  • Strong background in BI, data, or analytics product management with hands-on experience owning data-driven product roadmaps
  • Experience with BI platform migrations - MicroStrategy to Power BI or equivalent - highly desirable
  • Solid understanding of customer data, AI/ML capabilities, and modern data platforms
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to drive alignment across diverse, senior audiences
  • Agile delivery experience with a pragmatic, outcome-driven approach

Contract Details:

  • Duration: 6 months
  • Rate: £430/day
  • Location: London (Hybrid - 2 days on-site)
  • Start Date: ASAP
