From day one, you'll work alongside experienced engineers, supporting real enterprise systems while developing the technical skills needed to progress your career. What You'll Be Doing
- Investigating and resolving technical issues across enterprise software platforms.
- Supporting system analysis, diagnostics and performance improvements.
- Working with cloud-based applications and enterprise technologies.
- Assisting Software Engineers with system behaviour analysis and troubleshooting.
- Communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical users.
- Contributing to continuous improvements across products and services.

Requirements
- A 2:1 or above in a STEM subject such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or similar.

- A genuine passion for technology and software development.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Desirable
- Exposure to one or more programming languages.
- Basic understanding of SQL or databases.
- Personal software projects, GitHub portfolio or coding experience.
