Job description

As a Lifecycle Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping and improving the customer experience at every stage of the journey. You'll use customer insights, data, and cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities that increase engagement, retention, and long-term loyalty. Working closely with teams across Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations, you'll help uncover what our customers need, test new ideas, and implement improvements that make caring for their dogs easier and more seamless. This is an opportunity to build on an existing foundation and drive meaningful initiatives that support our mission of turning unconditional love into uncomplicated care, while directly influencing customer satisfaction and business growth.

Requirements

  • You have at least 4 years of experience working in CRM/Customer Lifecycle with a demonstrated history of taking ownership beyond 'just' what is communicated to customers through channels like email, SMS, and push.
  • You have strong analytical skills and a consistent track record of working with data to drive email campaign conceptualization and business results.
  • You're an expert in email & SMS automation.
  • You have a solid understanding of HTML, Java-based template languages (Jinja, Django, ESP-specific, etc.).
  • You love dogs!

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

  • Bonus points for Looker and/or data transformation experience.
  • Bonus points for experience with CDPs like Simon Data, Iterable, Optimove, etc. Working knowledge of SQL is a plus.

Benefits & conditions

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
