Test Engineer

M Force Partners is seeking an experienced Test Engineer to support the testing, validation, and development of advanced robotic systems, including robotic arms, unmanned ground vehicles, and other electromechanical products. This Test Engineer - Robotics role will be responsible for developing test plans, executing validation procedures, troubleshooting complex systems, and supporting product development from prototype through production., * Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and protocols for robotic and electromechanical systems

• Support testing and validation of robotic arms, unmanned ground vehicles, and embedded control systems
• Perform troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and control system domains
• Select and utilize test equipment and instrumentation to support product validation activities
• Collect, analyze, and document test data and performance results
• Generate technical reports, test documentation, and validation records
• Support prototype fabrication, integration, troubleshooting, and testing activities
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, service, and sales teams throughout product development
• Communicate technical findings and recommendations to engineers, technicians, vendors, and customers
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to testing, product reliability, and system performance
• Manage assigned testing projects while meeting timelines and deliverables
• Support additional engineering and testing projects as assigned

The ideal Test Engineer will have strong hands-on experience with electromechanical systems, instrumentation, data analysis, and technical documentation while working within a highly collaborative engineering environment., * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or related field

• 5+ years of experience testing electromechanical or robotic systems
• Broad understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems
• Experience creating test plans, procedures, protocols, and technical documentation
• Experience using instrumentation and diagnostic tools such as:
• Oscilloscopes
• Multimeters
• Logic analyzers
• Force sensors
• Acceleration sensors
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting technical data
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
• Strong troubleshooting and hands-on electromechanical assembly skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and project management skills, * Experience with robotic systems, autonomous vehicles, or unmanned ground vehicles
• Experience with CAD software, preferably SolidWorks
• Familiarity with MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461 testing standards
• Experience with product development, prototype validation, and manufacturing support
• Experience supervising or mentoring technicians and junior personnel, * Bachelor's (Required), * electromechanical or robotic systems: 5 years (Required)
