Job description
- Provide end-user technical support for desktop, laptop, printer, and network-related issues.
- Monitor and resolve ServiceNow tickets in a timely manner.
- Support Windows 10/11 environments, Active Directory, TCP/IP networking, and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Assist with maintaining cloud environments and automation technologies (AWS CLI, Terraform).
- Support business applications, A/V systems, video conferencing, and other IT infrastructure components.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2 3+ years of IT support experience.

Experience with:

ServiceNow
-
Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)

Desktop hardware/software installation and troubleshooting

TCP/IP network troubleshooting

AWS CLI and Terraform

Professional certification is required (A+, Network+, Cloud+, or equivalent). Please be prepared to provide a copy of your certification.
