Job description
- Provide help desk support for PCs, laptops, Microsoft 365, and mobile devices
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers
- Troubleshoot server, network, storage, and connectivity issues
- Support virtualization, backups, disaster recovery, AWS S3, and Azure MFA
- Image and deploy PCs, manage user accounts, and maintain IT documentation
- Assist with infrastructure projects, server upgrades, and network installations
Requirements
- 2+ years of Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Systems Administration experience
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, and basic networking
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Experience with Linux, VMware, Cisco, AWS, or SCCM is a plus
