Exact Staff is hiring for our client, a leading, privately held beverage and consumer packaged goods organization with operations spanning manufacturing, agriculture, distribution, and sales across domestic and international markets. As an HRIS Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing HR technology platforms, maintaining data integrity, and enhancing HR processes across the organization, ensuring HR systems effectively support business objectives while delivering a seamless employee experience.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Administering, maintaining, and optimizing HRIS applications and related HR technology platforms
- Configuring system enhancements, workflows, security roles, and business processes
- Analyzing HR data and developing reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership and HR teams
- Ensuring data integrity through audits, troubleshooting, validation, and ongoing system maintenance
- Partnering with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams to identify business requirements and implement system solutions
- Supporting system upgrades, testing, integrations, and new module implementations
- Creating and maintaining system documentation, user guides, and training materials
- Assisting with compliance reporting and data requests related to federal, state, and internal requirements
- Investigating system issues and providing timely resolution and end-user support
- Recommending process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and user experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of HRIS, HR technology, business systems, or related analytical experience
- Experience supporting HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tools
- Knowledge of HR processes including employee data management, payroll, benefits, talent management, and compliance reporting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is a plus
- HRIS certification or related professional certification preferred
- Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing, agricultural, distribution, or consumer products environments preferred
- Familiarity with system integrations and data interfaces preferred
- Experience leading or participating in HR technology implementations preferred
