Job description

Work Model: Work Model: You'll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location at least 3 days per week (Monday-Thursday), with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days, including Friday., Regal Rexnord is executing a multi-year digital transformation initiative to modernize our eCommerce and customer experience platforms, with a strong focus on delivering intuitive, high-impact customer experiences. As part of this effort, we are expanding our Agile product teams to deliver scalable, integrated digital capabilities across our business.

The Digital Product Owner II will support the execution of this transformation by working within a cross-functional Agile pod to translate business and customer needs into actionable work, refine backlogs, and help deliver product enhancements. This role contributes to customer-centered product development byleveraginguser insights, behavioral data, and feedback to shape priorities, advocating for the end-user experience. They will partner with UX and engineering teams to craft, deliver andvalidateeffective, usable solutions.

This position offers the opportunity to build foundationalexpertisein product ownership, product management, and Agile delivery while contributing to solutions that balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Key Responsibilities

Backlog & Delivery Execution

  • In partnership with the Product Manager, support thedelivery of aprioritized product backlog aligned with business value,externalcustomerneeds, and technical feasibility

  • Operate withinaportfolio ofB2C andB2B ECommercecapabilities acrossexternal customer journeyswhich connect into internal commercial processes.

  • Contribute to writing and refining user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature requirements to ensure development teams have clear direction

  • Help prepare work for sprint planning, including supporting sizing and estimation activities

  • Collaborate with the development team to clarify requirements, organize work, andassistin resolving delivery blockers

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) to support consistent delivery rhythms

  • Assistin validating completed work against acceptance criteria to ensure quality, functionality, and user experience standards

  • Support the delivery and rollout of features, enhancements, and optimizations across the product lifecycle

Collaboration & Product Support

  • Work with engineering, UX, QA, operations, and business partners to support cohesive end-to-end execution

  • Gather input from cross-functional stakeholders to refine requirements andmaintainalignment

  • Assistin tracking and coordinating dependencies across teams and systems

  • Support the creation and delivery of training, documentation, and communication materials for internal teams and end users

  • Contribute to change management efforts to support adoption of new features and capabilities

Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Leverage analytics, customer feedback, and operational data to support backlog refinement andidentifyimprovement opportunities

  • Assistin tracking product KPIs and measuring the impact of delivered features

  • Stay informed on best practices in digital product delivery, user experience, and operational workflows

  • Identifyand suggest opportunities to improve product performance, reliability, and user experience

Planning & Governance Support

  • Support quarterly and sprint-level planning activities by contributing backlog insights and preparing prioritization inputs

  • Assistin communicating backlog status, release progress, and delivery risks or dependencies

  • Follow established processes for intake, prioritization, and feedback loops within the product domain

Ways of Working

  • Works under the guidance of a Product Manager or senior product leader

  • Contributes to Agile pod-based delivery teams focused on digital product capabilities

  • Collaborates daily with cross-functional partners including engineering, UX, QA, and business stakeholders

  • Builds subject matterexpertisewithin a defined product domain over time

  • Contributes directly to the delivery of digital product enhancements and operational improvements within a defined domain

  • Supports department-level business outcomes through consistent execution and collaboration

  • Builds foundational product ownership skills and domainexpertise, with opportunity to grow into amore strategic roles

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in a digital product, business analysis, or Agile delivery role

  • Foundational understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development practices

  • Experience contributing to backlog management, user story refinementandrequirements gathering

  • Strong communicationand collaboration skills across technical and business teams

  • Experiencein manufacturing or other B2B industry

  • Basic fluencyusingAI to drive efficiency and effectiveness in a product role

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience workingas a Product Manager or Product Owner indigital, eCommerce, or customer-facing product environments

  • Familiarity with product management and Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)

  • Exposure to digital platforms such asSitecore,commerce toolsand Salesforce

  • Basic understanding of analytics tools and metrics (e.g., Google Analytics, product KPIs)

  • Experience applying AI to drive efficiency and effectiveness in a product role
