Job description

The Global Field Readiness team is on a mission to become the strategic intelligence engine that transforms how Salesforce develops, enables, and optimizes talent at scale. On the data team, we're looking for a Tableau Data Visualization Analyst who shares that bold vision - someone who goes beyond building dashboards to architecting the future of intelligent enablement.

In this role, you'll transform complex enablement and readiness data into compelling, actionable visual stories that empower stakeholders to make faster, smarter decisions. You'll be a key partner across Field Readiness, TechOps, and senior leadership - turning raw data into insights that drive our seller development and enablement programs.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports that track enablement completion, readiness metrics, and program performance
  • Connect and blend data across Salesforce orgs, Readiness platforms, and other internal data sources to build comprehensive enablement views
  • Partner closely with Field Readiness, TechOps, and the Data Office engineering team to align data outputs with strategic priorities
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all published dashboards in support of the AI-enabled enablement vision
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in enablement data and proactively surface insights to leadership
  • Support the evolution from reactive reporting to predictive, personalized analytics aligned to our FY27 roadmap
  • Document data sources, metric definitions, and best practices to support scalable, governed analytics
  • Train and uplevel team members on Tableau usage and data literacy across the organization, * A front-row seat in transforming how Salesforce enables and develops talent through AI-amplified analytics

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data visualization, BI, or analytics roles
  • Proficiency in Tableau (Tableau Desktop and Tableau Cloud/Server); familiarity with Tableau Next and Tableau Pulse a strong plus
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with Salesforce data models and reporting objects
  • Experience connecting to and analyzing data from Salesforce orgs
  • Solid understanding of enablement, learning & development, or HR analytics data a significant advantage
  • Excellent communication skills - able to translate complex data into clear narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences including senior leadership
  • Passion for data-driven enablement and continuous learning
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Nice to Have

  • Tableau certification (Tableau Desktop Specialist or Tableau Certified Data Analyst)
  • Experience with AI/ML concepts, prompt engineering, or LLM-integrated analytics
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, or similar data transformation tools
  • Experience in Sales Enablement or Revenue Operations

At Salesforce, we believe in equitable compensation practices that reflect the dynamic nature of labor markets across various regions. The typical base salary range for this position is $80,900 - $122,300 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
