Job description

  • Establishing effective and cooperative working relationships with court reporters to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinating daily communication via email, phone, and text to track the status of work products.
  • Performing analysis of regional outcomes using Excel and SharePoint to support decision-making by US Legal Support Leadership.

Requirements

  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Possess excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Bring experience in customer service, coordination, or administrative roles, with a strong skill set in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
