Job description
We are seeking an experienced AI Product Owner who combines strong product management expertise with program management capabilities to lead the successful delivery of enterprise Artificial Intelligence solutions. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, data scientists, AI engineers, architects, and development teams to transform business challenges into scalable AI-powered products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience driving AI product strategy, service design, Agile delivery, roadmap planning, and cross-functional program execution. You will be responsible for the complete product lifecycle-from discovery and ideation through deployment, adoption, and continuous optimization-while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & AI Solution Design
- Lead discovery workshops and service design sessions to understand business processes, systems, data, user journeys, and operational challenges.
- Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities where Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or Intelligent Automation can deliver measurable value.
- Develop product vision, business cases, value propositions, and ROI estimates for AI initiatives.
- Define product roadmaps, release plans, and long-term product strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with AI architects and engineering teams to design scalable AI-enabled solutions.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and intuitive user experiences.
- Prioritize product backlogs based on business value, customer impact, technical feasibility, and strategic priorities.
Agile Product Management
- Define and manage Epics, Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Development Tasks.
- Serve as Product Owner for Agile Scrum teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Lead Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Collaborate closely with frontend, backend, AI, data engineering, and QA teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Continuously refine product requirements based on stakeholder feedback and business priorities.
- Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical implementation.
AI Product Validation & Performance
- Validate AI model functionality, accuracy, and overall business effectiveness.
- Evaluate AI model performance alongside application functionality, integrations, and user experience.
- Define product success metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor post-production adoption, AI performance, user engagement, and operational effectiveness.
- Drive continuous product improvement using customer feedback, analytics, and AI performance metrics.
- Develop rollout strategies, change management plans, and communication plans for enterprise adoption.
Program & Delivery Management
- Manage overall project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Track program progress and provide regular executive status reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including infrastructure, security, DevOps, architecture, and business units.
- Facilitate governance reviews, technical approvals, and steering committee meetings.
- Coordinate API approval processes, including API Gateway and Apigee governance.
- Support infrastructure provisioning, deployment scheduling, release management, and production readiness.

Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Program Management.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Generative AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI product lifecycle management.
- Experience conducting business process analysis and service design workshops.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into AI-enabled product solutions.
- Experience creating product roadmaps, MVP strategies, and release plans.
- Strong experience working within Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Experience defining Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Familiarity with AI model evaluation, testing methodologies, and production monitoring.
- Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers to deliver customer-centric products.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
- Experience managing enterprise technology programs involving multiple delivery teams.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
