Manage and maintain Citrix infrastructure (CVAD / XenApp / StoreFront / Director) Support and operate Hosted Virtual Desktop (HVD) environments Manage enterprise printing solutions (pull printing / roaming printing / direct printing) Handle 2nd/3rd level support and advanced troubleshooting Participate in migration of Citrix services to cloud solutions Support application owners in their cloud migration journey Ensure lifecycle management, patching, and capacity management Produce and maintain technical and user documentation Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders in an Agile environment
Requirements
Citrix: CVAD / XenApp / XenDesktop / StoreFront / Director / WEM Virtualization: HVD / VDI / RDS Windows Infrastructure: Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO Scripting: PowerShell Printing: Enterprise printing solutions (pull / roaming printing) Others: NetScaler / ADC, VMware environments Strong experience in L3 support and troubleshooting Experience with migration projects (ideally cloud) Fluent in English, with French and/or Dutch as added value Votre profil You have at least 8 years of professional experiences in IT If you are at least fluent in ENG , FR/NL is a + You're eager to learn, motivated and curious
