Job description

  • Develop and maintain IT applications by programming in specified languages, supporting projects, and collaborating within the team, * Contribute to and validate functional analysis; realize IT projects; conduct code reviews and release mgmt.
  • Develop/adapt programs respecting standards test developments
  • document work. Maintain and improve applications,
  • handle tickets; correct bugs analyze root causes; implement improvements.
  • Support users
  • define availability and response times; elaborate support procedures; Measure/report KPIs. Propose improvements
