AI Developer (Backend)

As an AI Developer (Backend), you work where it counts: directly on the model, not around it. Training, datasets, orchestration - what you build lands in the product every day and is used by learners and teachers in seven AI.

You actively shape our AI architecture from the ground up on a modern stack (Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face), free from legacy baggage. And with flexible hours between 25 and 40 hours per week, you decide how much you work.

What you'll do

• You develop AI functionality at the low level: from training and data pipelines to model orchestration.
• You create high-quality training datasets and build robust training pipelines.
• You develop and maintain our AI API server, ensuring stability, performance, and scalability.
• You integrate AI features into our in-house products, working closely with the product team.
• You actively contribute to the evolution of our AI architecture and help shape technical decisions., * Purpose & Social Impact: At Seven Education, you contribute to shaping the future of education in Europe and help improve the daily work of schools. • Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience building training datasets and training pipelines.
• Experience developing and operating backend/API services.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with Spring and/or Kotlin.
• Experience with model orchestration frameworks.
