SAP Basis Administrator

REWE digital Spain, part of REWE Group, located in the Technological Park of Andalusia in Málaga, is seeking an SAP Basis Administrator to join its SAP ERP Platform team. The role involves operating SAP systems on-premise and supporting the internal stakeholders across the group. Responsibilities - Coordinate SAP projects and release upgrades to promote innovation. - Plan, implement and operate SAP systems and SAP HANA infrastructure. - Handle SAP basis customising, ensuring system availability and continuity. - Perform OS/DB platform migrations and establish sustainable solutions. - Conduct performance analyses and optimization measures. - Drive strategic topics as part of an agile product team in a continuous "inspect and adapt" environment. Qualifications - Strong teamwork, planning and organisational skills with initiative and flexibility. - Degree in (business) informatics or a comparable education with an affinity for IT. - Several years of experience in SAP Basis Administration of NetWeaver AS ABAP & AS JAVA. - Good Unix knowledge and experience with DB2, SAP HANA and SAP Solution Manager. - Familiarity with agile working methods and the ability to develop creative solutions. - Strong analytical skills. - Proficiency in English is necessary for internal and external interfaces with the German team. - Availability for 24/7 support and occasional on-call duty.
