Descripción del empleo We are looking for a Business Process Manager to join the team at our Purchasing Center for Fruits and Vegetables, located in Albuixech (Valencia) You will ensure alignment with strategic objectives, efficiency, and regulatory compliance, while working cross-functionally with other departments on projects within their area of responsibility. Leading the mapping, documentation, and redesign of key business processes (BPM) , identifying opportunities for improvement and automation. Collaborating with other functional areas (Sales, Finance, IT, Logistics, P&C, Quality) to ensure process integration across departments. Training teams and promoting best practices. Defining and monitoring KPIs. Requisitos University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related field. Additional training in process management, continuous improvement or digital transformation. Proven experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects. Proficiency in process and project modeling tools (Project, Visio, ARIS, etc.) Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP). Advanced Excel skills and other data analysis tools.
