A Day in the Life
As a Cybersecurity Architect based in our Beauty Tech hub in Saint-Ouen, you will join the Cybersecurity Architecture and Engineering team. Your mission will be to define and build the security that underpins our global business platforms, bridging past gaps and securing the enterprise architecture of the future. You will act as a key technical authority, helping projects succeed by providing security expertise and building reusable security services.
In this role, you will:
- Design & Build Secure Architectures: Define the target security architecture, building security services and accelerators to secure our enterprise solutions.
- Act as a Technical Advisor to Projects: Guide project teams by providing expert advice, proposing existing security assets, and designing custom solutions to meet their unique needs, ensuring our security methodologies are applied.
- Drive Risk Management & Governance: Proactively identify and mitigate risks across the asset lifecycle, manage third-party security, and oversee threat and vulnerability remediation plans.
- Be a Cyber Evangelist and Champion Best Practices: Act as a cybersecurity champion, disseminating good practices, sharing feedback on solutions, and leading engaging awareness sessions for diverse audiences.

Requirements
- Proven Security Experience: A strong background in information security with significant experience in similar technical or architectural roles.
- Technical & Risk Knowledge: A strong technical foundation in IT security, combined with a good knowledge of risk management standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS).
- Leadership & Influence: Excellent interpersonal skills with experience in transversal team management and influencing technical and business stakeholders.
- Project Management Skills: A good grasp of project management methodologies to effectively integrate security into business initiatives.
- Language Skills: Excellent spoken and written English is essential for our international context. Security certifications like CISM or CISSP are a plus.
