Job description
- Contribute to building our new horizontal compliance platform - designing shared components and plug-and-play modules used across every product
- Work in a cross-functional team alongside engineers, QA, architects, and product owners, spanning foundational, data engineering, and application layers of the
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code using Claude Code as your primary AI development tool - accelerating your output while maintaining full ownership and quality standards over everything you ship.
- Build and work with AI agents to automate development workflows, eliminate toil, and unlock capabilities that previously required manual effort.
- Design APIs, microservices, and data flows for large-scale distributed
- Share what you learn - internal tech talks, documentation, and mentoring peers across platform layers are first-class contributions here.
- Own the full lifecycle of the components you build, At NICE, we work according to the NICE-FLEX hybrid model, which enables maximum flexibility: 2 days working from the office and 3 days of remote work, each week. Naturally, office days focus on face-to-face meetings, where teamwork and collaborative thinking generate innovation, new ideas, and a vibrant, interactive atmosphere.
