• Gathering and analysing business requirements from key stakeholders to define data and analytics needs
• Aligning pipeline requirements with organisational objectives and data strategy
• Conducting data quality analysis to identify gaps, inconsistencies and improvement opportunities
• Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
• Supporting the design and delivery of BI solutions that drive measurable impact
• Contributing to reporting and dashboarding initiatives that inform business decisions
• Collaborating across technical and business teams to refine data processes and standards

• Experience in data requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement within BI or analytics environments
• Demonstrated ability in pipeline alignment and data quality analysis
• Working knowledge of data modelling, SQL and at least one BI platform (Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a professional setting

Nice-to-have experience could include:

• Advanced proficiency in multiple BI tools or programming languages (Python, R)
• Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Understanding of agile delivery methodologies
• Certifications in data analytics or BI platforms
