We're looking for skilled professionals to join teams protecting critical infrastructure and digital assets across our organisation. Roles of this type could involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify vulnerabilities, implement security controls, and respond to emerging threats in a dynamic environment.What you would doTypical responsibilities could include:
- Designing and implementing security controls and defense strategies across cloud and on-premises environments
- Conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and remediate security gaps
- Supporting the deployment and management of security infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems and network segmentation
- Collaborating with development teams to integrate security practices into CI/CD pipelines and microservices architectures
- Monitoring and analysing security events and incidents, responding to threats and contributing to incident response procedures
- Documenting security configurations, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Contributing to security awareness and best practices across the organisation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience in cybersecurity
- CompTIA Security+ certification or equivalent security qualification
- Knowledge of security principles across cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP
- Understanding of network security concepts, including firewalls, DMZ architecture and network segmentation
- Familiarity with security tools and technologies relevant to your experience
- Knowledge of operating systems including Linux and Windows administration and hardening
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within security teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
