The work could involve building robust data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and creating compelling Power BI visualisations that help senior leaders understand complex patterns and trends.What you would doTypical responsibilities could include:
- Designing and developing Power BI reports and dashboards tailored to stakeholder requirements
- Building and managing data pipelines to ensure accurate, timely data flow into reporting systems
- Collaborating with data teams to assess and improve data quality across analytical systems
- Engaging with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Creating and maintaining documentation for data models, ETL processes and reporting logic
- Supporting the integration of data from multiple sources, including SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC environments
- Contributing to best practice standards for data visualisation and analytics delivery, Nice-to-have experience includes knowledge of Azure cloud services, CI/CD practices, .NET or other programming languages, and exposure to enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP RISE.What roles of this type could offerMost roles of this type offer the following, dependent on the industry and seniority of the role:

Requirements
- Proven experience working with Power BI, including data modelling, DAX and report development
- Microsoft Power BI Certification or equivalent hands-on expertise
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data pipeline and ETL concepts
- Experience in data quality analysis and ensuring data integrity across systems
- Capability in stakeholder engagement and translating business requirements into technical specifications
- Knowledge of APIs and microservices architecture
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
Benefits & conditions
- Day rates of £550-600 per day (permanent equivalent) or £250-280 per day (contract basis), dependent on experience and contract type
