  • Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Creating wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications
  • Collaborating with product managers, developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver user-focused solutions
  • Iterating on designs based on user feedback and analytics insights
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of design systems and component libraries
  • Presenting design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams and clients
  • Working within Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or equivalent experience)
  • 2-5 years of experience in UX design, interaction design or related user experience roles
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user research, wireframing, prototyping and visual design capabilities
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar platforms
  • Understanding of user-centred design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability best practices
  • Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions
  • Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines and manage feedback constructively

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with user research methodologies and analytics tools
  • Knowledge of front-end development or HTML/CSS
  • Experience with design thinking workshops or service design
  • Certification in UX design or related discipline
