- Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Creating wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications
- Collaborating with product managers, developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver user-focused solutions
- Iterating on designs based on user feedback and analytics insights
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of design systems and component libraries
- Presenting design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams and clients
- Working within Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or equivalent experience)
- 2-5 years of experience in UX design, interaction design or related user experience roles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user research, wireframing, prototyping and visual design capabilities
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar platforms
- Understanding of user-centred design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability best practices
- Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions
- Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines and manage feedback constructively
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with user research methodologies and analytics tools
- Knowledge of front-end development or HTML/CSS
- Experience with design thinking workshops or service design
- Certification in UX design or related discipline
