Overview: The person in this role demonstrates a high level of professionalism, prioritizing the development of innovative solutions and providing expert guidance within their technical domain. Responsibilities include leveraging in-depth knowledge of Bunge's business, structure, and strategy to solve complex technical challenges, leading significant projects, and contributing to the strategic direction of technical architecture within the department. This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, a commitment to high standards, and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively to achieve critical outcomes., * Lead and manage the technical delivery of large and moderately complex architectural projects from conception through implementation, ensuring successful outcomes and alignment with departmental goals.
- Analyze complex technical problems, often without clear precedent, by applying deep architectural expertise and recommending innovative solutions that enhance system performance and reliability.
- Serve as a recognized expert in S4 transformation / Migration projects (brown and green field) and related technology (Joule, BTP, S4 capabilities, ect.) with good overall functional knowledge of logistics and financial SAP modules.
- Lead development and implementation of organization-wide SAP AI and Automation strategy, driving digital transformation and operational efficiency
- Architect and deploy AI-powered SAP solutions that have significantly reduced process cycle times and improved decision-making accuracy
- Provide significant input into resource planning and the development of architectural policies, ensuring that technical strategies are robust, scalable, and support Bunge's short to mid-term business objectives.
- Architect and design comprehensive technical solutions that address business requirements, considering integration, data flow, security, and performance across various systems and platforms.
- Act as a key technical resource, guiding colleagues and project teams in the application of architectural principles and complex problem-solving.
- Ensure that technical solutions are documented, adhere to architectural standards, and can be efficiently maintained and scaled for future business needs.

Requirements
- Deep expertise in S4 platform with experience with several cycles of S4 migration / transformation performed (brownfield, green field), HANA DB upgrade and archiving)
- Deep expertise in [SAP architectural components, SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP integration technologies (e.g., PI/PO, CPI), specific SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI/CO, PP, PM, QM, EWM, TM, or advanced SAP solutions for Trading, Origination, CRM, Execution, Risk Management].
- Strong understanding of [cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), microservices architecture, API design, data modeling, cybersecurity principles, enterprise integration patterns, DevOps practices].
- Proficiency in [architectural design tools (e.g., ArchiMate, UML), programming languages relevant to SAP (e.g., ABAP, Java, Python), database technologies (e.g., HANA, SQL, NoSQL)].
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into robust, scalable, and secure technical architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- [Relevant certifications in SAP technologies or cloud architecture are highly desirable].
Minimum Requirements: Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 11 - 14 years of progressively responsible position-related experience in SAP technical architecture, preferably within a large global enterprise environment. A Master's degree may be preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
