Job description

Duties: Responsible for executing strategic initiatives that enhance enterprise-wide software validation, test automation, and release governance, leveraging modern testing frameworks and AI-driven quality solutions. Own software quality, automation, and CI/CD validation strategies, ensuring that no code is deployed to production without passing quality checks. Inspire and drive cross-functional teams to establish rigorous validation and quality gates within CI/CD pipelines. Deliver highly visible, high-impact quality and validation programs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Build and refine structured program management practices to drive efficiency, agility, and compliance with software quality standards. Reinforce a shift-left approach to testing, embedding early validation mechanisms to improve defect detection before deployment. Establish measurement frameworks for software quality KPIs, test automation effectiveness, defect trends, and deployment success rates. Advocate for AI-driven quality solutions to enhance test automation, failure prediction, and root cause analysis and acknowledges different technical perspectives and connects to the product/technology in development.

Requirements

Minimum education and experience required: 5 years of experience in software quality, test automation, program management, or engineering leadership.

Skills required: Experience in Generative AI solutions in automated testing, test case generation, and defect prediction. Experience in defining and implementing validation gates within CI/CD pipelines, ensuring deployment quality. Expertise in test automation frameworks, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Spinnaker, ArgoCD), and cloud-based testing platforms. Experience working with cloud and data technologies, including containerization, Kubernetes, Platform as a Service (PaaS), and data streaming. Experience with DevOps, CI/CD tools, and cloud-based testing platforms. Experience working with software quality metrics, test effectiveness measurement, and defect analysis. Experience managing multiple stakeholders, drive alignment, and influence at executive levels. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.

Benefits & conditions

Salary Range: $201,053/year to $202,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
