Job description
The Technical Integration Analyst partners with functional consultants, software engineers, and Government stakeholders to design, develop, and support technical integrations between Unison's Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications and other enterprise systems. This role is responsible for developing integration solutions, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and supporting mission-critical applications throughout the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities: The Technical Integration Analyst supports the successful implementation and ongoing operations of Unison's procurement and grants management solutions by designing, developing, and maintaining secure system integrations and technical solutions for Federal customers. This role is onsite, 5 days a week, in Columbia, MD. Responsibilities Include:
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Unison applications and external enterprise systems
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, web services, and other integration components
- Analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs
- Collaborate with Functional Consultants, Software Engineers, and client stakeholders to develop scalable technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues involving application integrations, interfaces, and data flows
- Participate in system design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support activities
- Develop and execute unit, integration, and system testing to validate technical solutions
- Support the development and maintenance of technical documentation, interface specifications, architecture diagrams, and implementation guides
- Identify technical risks, evaluate alternative solutions, and provide recommendations to project leadership
- Participate in code reviews and promote development best practices and quality standards
- Support configuration management, release management, and deployment activities
- Provide technical input to project plans, status reports, white papers, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of enterprise software solutions

Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience developing or supporting enterprise software applications
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle databases
- Experience developing applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET, or the ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Experience developing or supporting RESTful APIs and system integrations
- Experience analyzing technical requirements and producing technical design documentation
- Experience troubleshooting application and integration issues in complex enterprise environments
- Experience working throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting Federal Government technology programs
- Knowledge of federal acquisition, procurement, or grants management business processes
- Experience implementing or integrating Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) or Government Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) software solutions
- Experience integrating enterprise applications with external systems using APIs, web services, or middleware
- Experience supporting enterprise application architecture and technical solution design
- Familiarity with cloud-based or hybrid application environments
- Experience with Agile or hybrid software delivery methodologies

Benefits & conditions
Base Salary: $120,000 - $200,000
