What You'll Do
You'll provide help desk support for businesses using Windows and macOS environments, helping users resolve technical issues and maintain their systems.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues
- Providing support via phone, remote access, and occasionally on-site
- Maintaining and documenting support tickets
- Assisting with system maintenance and equipment installations
- Learning from and collaborating with senior engineers

Requirements
