SCHEDULE: M-F 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR IT DESK As a IT Desk, you will be essential to maintaining daily production efficiency on our card personalization floor. You will: Operational Support & Troubleshooting
- Monitor and support EMV, magstripe, and contactless card personalization jobs
- Troubleshoot embossing, encoding, printing, and related production systems
- Perform job recovery tasks, including restarts and reprocessing
Technical & Data Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 IT support for devices, workstations, and software
- Process, validate, and review critical card data files
- Investigate data discrepancies, including PAN, track data, and format issues
Compliance, Testing & Security
- Maintain compliance with PCI DSS and internal security protocols
- Support testing and onboarding for new card programs (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), What started as a card manufacturing facility has grown into the legacy that is Tag Systems. Requirements
- Associate's/Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in IT support, data processing, or production support
- Strong understanding of file processing and data validation
- Experience with Windows and/or Linux systems
- Basic SQL or scripting (PowerShell/Bash/Python)
Preferred Qualifications:
- EMV personalization or chip data preparation experience
- Job scheduling or automation tool experience
- Familiarity with card bureau or financial services production
- Strong problem-solving ability in high-volume environments
