Your Impact
- Actively participating in project deployment meetings and offering improvements/solutions
- Experience working directly with GC's (general contractors) and subcontractors to assess potential problems and technical challenges and devise effective solutions.
- Planning and managing team goals, project schedules, and incorporating new information as it arises.
- Supervising ongoing projects and coordinating all team/partner members to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Managing project-related paperwork (forms), ensuring the accuracy and proper filing of all necessary materials.
- Engaging in daily coordination meetings with GC regarding schedule, safety and issues.
- Adhering to the allocated budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.

Requirements
- Seasoned telecommunications infrastructure and construction manager.
- Demonstrated successful experience in multiple greenfield construction projects.
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, methodologies, and techniques.
- Expertise in building products, construction details, and applicable regulations, rules, and quality standards.
- Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the construction process.
- Familiarity with construction management software packages.
- Ability to think strategically and see the "big picture" when planning and executing projects.
- Proficiency in conflict and crisis management, effectively resolving issues as they arise.
- Strong leadership and human resources management skills, enabling effective team management.
- Excellent time management and project management abilities, ensuring projects are completed within deadlines., Your Education
- High School Diploma, GED (Required)
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field ()
- Safety-related credentials such as: NESC, OSHA, ANSI, certifications, etc. ()
- BICSI RCDD Certified (Nice to have)
