Job description
Our web platform is the heart of the company (not publicly accessible):
- All orders pass through it
- Part of the product calculation is integrated there (simulation, parameters, prefabrication files)
- It connects business, production, and commerce
In short: it's a real tech product, not a showcase website.
What you will do
- Develop and evolve two key applications:
- A complex ordering platform (business logic, product simulation)
- An administrative tool (billing, internal management)
- Improve software performance, stability, and ergonomics
- Structure and evolve business logic in direct collaboration with the optical "business" teams
- Get hands-on with concrete tasks: bugs, features, refactoring, scaling
Here, we develop and immediately measure the impact.
Stack & environment
- Java, JavaScript, Python, PHP (Zend/Laravel)
- Website
- MySQL
- Microsoft stack (Azure, Power BI, PowerApps, SharePoint)
Requirements
- HES engineer or equivalent
- Comfortable with complex (and not always perfect) systems and an international environment
- Strong analytical mindset - understand before coding
- Ability to operate in both technical and business (and international) environments
- Comfortable communicating with IT and business profiles (optical engineers)
- Autonomy and results orientation
- Pragmatism and a sense of humour
