IT Development Engineer

Our web platform is the heart of the company (not publicly accessible):

• All orders pass through it
• Part of the product calculation is integrated there (simulation, parameters, prefabrication files)
• It connects business, production, and commerce

In short: it's a real tech product, not a showcase website.

What you will do

• Develop and evolve two key applications:

• A complex ordering platform (business logic, product simulation)
• An administrative tool (billing, internal management)

• Improve software performance, stability, and ergonomics
• Structure and evolve business logic in direct collaboration with the optical "business" teams
• Get hands-on with concrete tasks: bugs, features, refactoring, scaling

Here, we develop and immediately measure the impact.

Stack & environment

• Java, JavaScript, Python, PHP (Zend/Laravel)
• Website
• MySQL
• Microsoft stack (Azure, Power BI, PowerApps, SharePoint)

• HES engineer or equivalent
• Comfortable with complex (and not always perfect) systems and an international environment
• Strong analytical mindset - understand before coding
• Ability to operate in both technical and business (and international) environments
• Comfortable communicating with IT and business profiles (optical engineers)
• Autonomy and results orientation
• Pragmatism and a sense of humour
