IT Project Manager - Devoteam, Alicante Open position for an IT Project Manager at Devoteam in Alicante, VC, ES. Full time, on site with career growth opportunities. Responsibilities * SPOC (Single Point of Contact): o Responsible for receiving client IT demand. o Execute tasks related to System & Infrastructure & Cloud Administration, with support from DVT technical pillars. o Assign specialized requests to DVT technical structures. o Track all requests. o Prepare activity reports. o Ensure quality of deployed service. o Act as interlocutor with client and various DVT technical structures. Location Primarily remote, with occasional on-site visits to Alicante: once per week, bi-weekly, or monthly as agreed with the client. Schedule Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00 (1 hour lunch break). Experience * Minimum 5 years in a similar role as Infrastructure & Systems Administrator. * Minimum 3 years as technical coordinator. Languages * Spanish (native). * English - professional working proficiency, minimum C1 level. Service will be provided in English for ticketing, reporting, and meetings with global stakeholders. Education * Post-secondary training in IT, Telecommunications or similar, or a University degree. Preferred Qualifications * Project Management certification: PMP, PMI Project Management, or equivalent. * Agile methodology certification: SCRUM Master, Product Owner, Lean IT, Kanban. * Experience with Microsoft solutions or servers (UNIX, Linux, Windows). Knowledge of cloud architecture design (AWS, Google, Microsoft) or hybrid solutions. * Preferable experience with Azure, including building Information Systems infrastructures on MS Azure and migrating on-premise elements to Azure. * Experience with Azure infrastructure: Windows Server 2016/2019, Microsoft AD/Azure AD, Microsoft O365, Azure App Services, SQL, VM, App Registration, Microsoft SQL DB, PowerShell scripting (intermediate level), Power BI, FTP/FTPS/SFTP. * Knowledge of Agile methods.
