Data Platform Lead

Design and evolve event-driven, ledger-based data models and lifecycle tracking Build robust ingestion and transformation pipelines across transactional and external data Ensure data quality, observability and reliability through testing and monitoring frameworks Set engineering best practices (CI/CD, code quality, documentation) and lead a high-performing data team Tech stack: dbt, AWS (S3, Athena/Presto/Trino), Airflow, Python We're looking for a senior profile with strong experience in data architecture and advanced data modelling (event-driven, state-based or similar), combined with hands-on engineering skills and leadership experience. Someone who can translate abstract problems into scalable, production-ready systems and collaborate closely with product, risk and engineering teams.
