Together let's commit Position Overview As an Enterprise Architect Engineer, your mission will be to align Santander business strategy and plans with technology, making sure that the business goals are aligned with its technical aspects. Responsibilities - Complete understanding of which technology capabilities are needed. Qualifications - + 4 years' experience as an Enterprise Architect, ideally on Agile. - Knowledge and ability to design and improve organizational IT structures to support business operations better. - Knowledge and ability to develop and modify enterprise architecture through conceptual, logical and physical approaches. - Knowledge and ability to analyze IT status and design migration paths/plans to meet the future IT needs. - Knowledge about tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis. - Ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project. - Methods and tools to develop a blueprint for the future state of IT, ability to develop the roadmap of it, aligning the architecture and processes with business strategies and objectives.
