• We provide hands-on technical leadership to engineering teams of 5 to 15 people, including mentoring, code review, and architectural direction.

• We require deep expertise in architecting, developing, and scaling full-stack web platforms, particularly within the Ruby on Rails ecosystem.
• We require strong experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails, plus full-stack engineering skills including JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Hotwire, and Stimulus.

• We require experience in API design, including REST, GraphQL, and external integrations.
