Job description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Odoo Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customized modules within the Odoo ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system to optimize business processes across various departments. Your expertise will help streamline operations, enhance system functionality, and deliver scalable solutions that meet evolving organizational needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to innovative enterprise solutions in a fast-paced environment., * Develop, customize, and implement modules within the Odoo platform to align with business requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical specifications and translate them into effective system solutions.
  • Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and external APIs using RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and workflows.
  • Participate in code reviews, version control management, and adhere to best practices in software engineering.
  • Support ongoing system upgrades, data migrations, and user training sessions to maximize platform utilization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Odoo Developer or in developing ERP solutions with strong knowledge of Odoo architecture and modules.
  • Proficiency in Python programming language, with experience in developing custom modules for Odoo.
  • Solid understanding of web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, JSON, and related frameworks such as React or Angular.
  • Familiarity with database systems like PostgreSQL and MySQL; experience with database design and optimization is essential.
  • Knowledge of RESTful API development, web services (SOAP/WCF), and integration techniques for enterprise applications.
  • Experience working within Agile software development methodologies including SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
  • Ability to design scalable solutions using system design principles for distributed systems and microservices architecture.
  • Competence in version control tools such as Git or SVN; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on debugging complex issues across front-end and back-end components.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.

Pay: $102,035.02 - $122,880.88 per year
