SAP Online Trainer

• Conduct live online training sessions using platforms such as Blackboard, ensuring clear communication and active engagement with students
• Facilitate discussions, answer questions, and provide personalized feedback to support student learning and retention
• Create and assess assignments, quizzes, and projects that reinforce key concepts in SAP, JavaScript, Python, R, HTML, CSS, C++, Java, React, Node.js, React Express, and other relevant technologies
• Monitor student progress through regular assessments and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, participation, grades, and course completion status
• Stay current with industry trends in web development and enterprise software to ensure training content remains relevant and cutting-edge

• Proven experience in teaching or training adults in information technology or related fields
• Strong technical proficiency with SAP systems and familiarity with web development languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, React Express, Java, C++, Python, R
• Prior classroom experience or online instruction experience using platforms like Blackboard or similar Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Ability to design engaging lesson plans that incorporate practical exercises in SAP and related programming languages
• Excellent communication skills with a talent for working with students of varying backgrounds and skill levels
• Demonstrated knowledge of instructional best practices for adult education in technical subjects
