Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) (w/m)

Tasks

• Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters to ensure reliability.
• Troubleshoot system issues to minimize downtime effectively.
• Automate processes and enhance monitoring tools for performance., * Operate our Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime
• Automate processes and enforce infrastructure as code through GitOps
• Improve and manage monitoring tools, including Mimir, Loki and Grafana, for system health checks
• Work together with development to ensure a proper shift-left
• Implement security best practices across our tech stack
• Mentor and upskill junior team members in SRE best practices
• Participate in future on-call rotation

• 3-5 years in SRE or DevOps; strong Kubernetes experience required.
• Proficient in scripting with Bash, Go, or Python.
• Good grasp of monitoring tools like Grafana, Mimir, and Loki., * At least 3-5 years of relevant SRE or DevOps experience
• Solid experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Strong scripting and automation skills, preferably in Bash, Go or Python
• Good understanding of monitoring tools like Mimir, Loki and Grafana
• Familiarity with our tech stack is a plus: Flux, Cilium, Istio, Kyverno, Vault, etc.
• Experience with databases, PostgreSQL is a plus
• Self-driven, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills in English; German and French are a plus
