Job description

  • Configure, administer, and optimize Dynatrace monitoring and observability platforms.
  • Develop dashboards, alerts, and reporting for application and infrastructure performance monitoring.
  • Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard DevOps tools.
  • Collaborate with development, operations, and engineering teams to improve system reliability and performance.
  • Implement infrastructure automation and configuration management best practices.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Monitor cloud environments and ensure platform availability, security, and scalability.
  • Champion DevOps, SRE, and observability best practices across the organisation.

Requirements

  • Strong commercial experience as a DevOps Engineer.
  • Hands-on expertise with Dynatrace administration, monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, etc.).
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Containerisation and orchestration experience using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Skills

  • SRE or observability experience.
  • Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance best practices.
  • Relevant cloud or Dynatrace certifications.
