  • Optimize application performance with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and stability
  • Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code aligned with industry best practices
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards
  • Support build, deployment, and CI/CD processes as needed
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

  • Strong professional experience developing in C and/or C++
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design
  • Experience working with Linux or UNIX-based systems
  • Proficiency in debugging tools and techniques (e.g., GDB, Valgrind, core dumps)
  • Experience with multithreading, synchronization, and memory management
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
  • Ability to work effectively in a consulting or project-based environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with performance-critical or system-level software
  • Exposure to embedded systems, real-time systems, or high-throughput applications
  • Knowledge of modern C++ standards (C++11 and newer)
  • Familiarity with build tools such as CMake, Make, or Bazel
  • Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments
  • Prior consulting, contracting, or client-facing experience
