As a former lawyer in the renewable-energy sector, I know how constant pressure, complexity and mental overload can affect leadership. Today, as a soon-to-be certified Nature-Mental-Trainer, I help leaders stay clear and effective by building something we rarely train: inner calm.
On my mountain expeditions at 6,000+ meters, I learned what strong leadership truly requires: self-leadership first, focus when the terrain gets difficult, and clear decisions even in uncertain moments. In this talk, I translate these experiences into simple, nature-based mental tools that work anywhere β even indoors and between two meetings.
To make the session truly experiential, we will also integrate a few short practical exercises. These mini-moments of mindfulness and presence help participants feel the effect of calm rather than just hearing about it β and show how easily such practices can fit into everyday leadership.
Leaders leave the session with a clearer mind, a practical understanding of calm as a leadership competence, and small routines they can immediately integrate into their own leadership and team culture.
