What this session covers

Every enterprise is running AI pilots. Very few are actually transformed. The gap between a successful proof of concept and an organization that has genuinely changed how it operates is where most companies get stuck - and it has almost nothing to do with the technology. The real barriers are data governance, change management and business process redesign. This panel brings together leaders who have lived both sides of that gap - those building the transformation from the inside, those enabling it from the outside, and those who have seen enough enterprise AI journeys to know exactly where and why they fail. The conversation will cut through the noise of announcements and demos to address what enterprise AI transformation actually requires: organizational courage, the right infrastructure decisions, and a clear-eyed understanding that this is also very much a human challenge, not only a technical one.
