What this session covers

LIttle is known about the history of Neural Networks e.g. “Artificial Intelligence.” The history goes back to around 1946 when researchers noticed that the mathematics involved with linear algebra wherein materials were stretched that the neighboring atoms were affected, was best modeled with a branch of Math known as tensors.

Tensors are used today to create neural networks. Neural networks are run on a powerful Graphics Processing Unit (GPU.) GPUs came about because of video games and entertainment thus we can say that video games laid the groundwork for AI.
