Als Teil des Development Teams sorgst dafür, dass unsere Entwicklungs- und Betriebsprozesse zuverlässig, effizient und skalierbar laufen. Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Deine Themen, arbeitest eng mit Entwickler:innen zusammen und bringst unsere Infrastruktur Schritt für Schritt auf das nächste Level.

Konkret sind Deine Aufgaben:

CI/CD & Automatisierung

Du entwickelst und optimierst unsere CI/CD-Pipelines (GitLab CI)
Du automatisierst Build-, Test- und Deployment-Prozesse
Du verbesserst Pipeline-Performance und Release-Stabilität

Container & Infrastruktur

Du betreibst und entwickelst containerisierte Anwendungen (Docker, Kubernetes) weiter
Du setzt Infrastructure as Code um (Terraform, Ansible)
Du verwaltest Container-Registries und Image-Lifecycle-Management

Überwachung und Betrieb der IT-Systeme

Du stellst den stabilen Betrieb unserer Systeme (Produktiv- und Testumgebungen) sicher
Du analysierst und behebst Störungen im 2nd/3rd-Level-Support
Du unterstützt bei Server- und Netzwerkadministration sowie Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung

Monitoring & Stabilität

Du implementierst und betreibst Monitoring- und Logging-Lösungen (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
Du behältst Software-Lifecycles im Blick (EOL, Dependencies)
Du leitest konkrete Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ab und setzt sie um

Security & Compliance

Du wirkst bei Security Audits mit
Du setzt Maßnahmen im Bereich Zugriffskontrolle und Patch-Management um
Du unterstützt bei Backup-/Recovery-Strategien und VPN-Anbindungen

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich (z. B. Informatik, Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration)
Fundierte praktische Erfahrung mit CI/CD und Container-Technologien
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Infrastructure as Code
Grundkenntnisse in Security-Themen (z. B. CVEs, Patch-Management, EOL)
Verständnis für Systembetrieb, Netzwerke und moderne Softwarearchitekturen
Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und bringst Themen eigenständig voran.
Du sprichst sehr gutes Deutsch (mindestens C1).
Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

Strong team performance — the first joint B2Run for the synava group

Software development is about solving challenges together. The B2Run Karlsruhe offered a different kind of challenge: a 5.5 km running course through Karlsruhe.Runners from IT-Choice Software GmbH, medavis GmbH, and synava came together as one synava group team. All with different roles, different expertise and experience. The 5.5 km course wasn’t about finishing times.
