The Senior Technical Lead - Test/Interface/UC Board Bringup is pivotal in steering complex projects within the organization. This role focuses on providing expert technical guidance to development teams, ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions. By leveraging advanced technical skills and fostering a culture of excellence, the Senior Technical Lead enhances team capabilities and drives project success. Key Responsibilities
- Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Implementing Best Practices And Methodologies In Test/Interface And Uc Board Bringup, Ensuring High-Quality Outcomes From The Team.
- Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Oversee Quality Assurance Processes, Focusing On Performance Optimization And Adherence To Established Coding Standards For Complex Projects.
- Ensure Process Compliance In Assigned Modules And Participate In Technical Discussions As A Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, Supporting Architecture Best Practices, And Assessing Technical Risks.
- Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, Preparing And Submitting Detailed Status Reports To Minimize Project Risks And Facilitate Timely Resolution Of Escalations.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Testing (project management phases)?, 1. Advanced Proficiency In Test/Interface And Uc Board Bringup Methodologies.
- Strong Understanding Of Pcb Design Tools And Best Practices In Validation And Verification Processes.
- Solid Experience In Conducting Code Reviews And Implementing Quality Assurance Processes.
- In-Depth Knowledge Of Project Management Principles And Stakeholder Engagement Strategies., 1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Certified Test Engineer (Cte), Certified Software Quality Analyst (Csqa), Or Equivalent Industry-Recognized Certifications In Software Testing And Validation Methodologies.
