Job description

Administer and support Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) Kubernetes clusters in a Linux environment.
Develop scripts using Bash and Python.
Utilize Docker, Ansible, and Helm Charts for deployment and automation.
Monitor systems with Prometheus and Grafana.
Manage source code with Git.
Work in a DevOps environment using Agile principles and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
Integrate and support COTS/GOTS software., * Administer, maintain, and provide operational support for Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) Kubernetes clusters in a Linux-based infrastructure.
Ensure platform reliability, scalability, security compliance, and optimal cluster performance.
Utilize Linux CLI and develop scripts using Bash/Python for automation and system management.
Work with containerization technologies such as Docker/Podman.
Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters, including workloads, ingress, performance, networking, and storage.
Implement Infrastructure-as-a-Code (IaC) principles using automation tools like Ansible.
Develop, deploy, and maintain Helm Charts for Kubernetes applications.
Employ system monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
Manage source code using Git for version control, branching strategies, and team collaboration.
Operate within a DevOps environment, applying Agile principles and methodologies.
Utilize the Atlassian Tool Suite (Jira, Confluence) for project management and collaboration.
Integrate and support COTS/GOTS software solutions.
Requires Security+ certification and participation in on-call support.
