Job description

Define and maintain Salesforce architecture standards, roadmaps, and best practices.
Partner with business and technology leaders to translate organizational goals into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Assess current-state architecture, identify technical debt, and develop modernization strategies.
Lead solution design across Salesforce, integrations, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
Collaborate with enterprise architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment across initiatives.
Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities, AI-driven solutions, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
Provide governance, technical leadership, and mentorship to architects, engineers, and administrators.
Serve as a trusted advisor who can influence outcomes, facilitate discussions, and drive consensus across teams.

Requirements

Seeking an experienced Salesforce Enterprise Architect to lead the strategy, architecture, and evolution of a large-scale Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership, with responsibility for driving platform modernization, architectural governance, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate can operate at both strategic and tactical levels-partnering with business leaders, influencing architectural decisions, mentoring technical teams, and solving complex enterprise challenges., * 10+ years of Salesforce architecture, design, and implementation experience in enterprise environments.

Experience leading complex Salesforce ecosystems with extensive integrations and cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, integration patterns, security, scalability, and data architecture.
Experience with Salesforce platform technologies, APIs, middleware solutions (MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar), and cloud platforms.
Proven ability to develop technology roadmaps, address technical debt, and drive platform improvements.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical engagement when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Architecture certifications.
Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and governance models.
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, AI-enabled platform capabilities, and agile delivery practices.
