Job description

  • Define and maintain Salesforce architecture standards, roadmaps, and best practices.
  • Partner with business and technology leaders to translate organizational goals into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Assess current-state architecture, identify technical debt, and develop modernization strategies.
  • Lead solution design across Salesforce, integrations, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment across initiatives.
  • Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities, AI-driven solutions, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Provide governance, technical leadership, and mentorship to architects, engineers, and administrators.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor who can influence outcomes, facilitate discussions, and drive consensus across teams.

Requirements

Seeking an experienced Salesforce Enterprise Architect to lead the strategy, architecture, and evolution of a large-scale Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership, with responsibility for driving platform modernization, architectural governance, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate can operate at both strategic and tactical levels-partnering with business leaders, influencing architectural decisions, mentoring technical teams, and solving complex enterprise challenges., * 10+ years of Salesforce architecture, design, and implementation experience in enterprise environments.

  • Experience leading complex Salesforce ecosystems with extensive integrations and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, integration patterns, security, scalability, and data architecture.
  • Experience with Salesforce platform technologies, APIs, middleware solutions (MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar), and cloud platforms.
  • Proven ability to develop technology roadmaps, address technical debt, and drive platform improvements.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical engagement when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Architecture certifications.
  • Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and governance models.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, AI-enabled platform capabilities, and agile delivery practices.
