Requirements

8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a proven track record of shipping high-quality, scalable software. 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a passion for mentoring and growing teams. Strong foundation in software engineering principles and practices, with proficiency in one or more modern languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, C#). Experience building enterprise-scale or mission-critical Finance Applications. Experience with cloud and container technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes).
